Federal authorities released never before seen video Monday, March 3, 2014 of Evan Ebel in a 100 mph chase and shootout with Texas authorities on March 21, 2013. Ebel, the killer of Nathan Leon and Colorado Corrections director Tom Clements, ultimately died in the shootout.
